From foundry to silversmithing, for over 25 years we have honed traditional craftsmanship to forge kitchen knives by hand, expressing our unique vision of Damascus steel for both the warmth of the home and the professional kitchen.
Based in Galicia, Spain, our workshop combines traditional forging techniques with a contemporary approach to performance and durability. In addition to crafting knives, we offer small-group forging courses where each participant forges their own knife under guidance.
