The Kiritsuke, an essential knife in the Japanese kitchen, is commonly used for chopping and slicing vegetables as well as meat and fish. Its pointed blade allows for precision cutting and detailed precision cuts and detailed work such as decorating.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR KNIFE:

DO NOT USE DISHWASHER - The knife will change color over time, this natural phenomenon is called patina and will not affect in any way the quality of your knife.
