Japanese kitchen knife, perfect for filleting or cutting fish and meat.
Thanks to the specific design of its blade, it allows us to fillet with precision controlling very well the thickness that we want to give to our fillets without damaging the food.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- We recommend to wash the knife by hand after each use and dry immediately.
DO NOT USE DISHWASHER - The knife will change color over time, this natural phenomenon is called patina and will not affect in any way the quality of your knife.
