This butcher knife is hand forged with Carbon Steel 1095 and 15N20.
The Damascus technique is used, fusing different layers of steel to achieve the performance and beauty of a unique and unrepeatable piece.
The American walnut wood handle is handmade by me, shaped for comfort, control and balance during use.
It is carefully sharpened by hand with Japanese water stones to ensure a reliable and precise cut.

🧼 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend washing the knife by hand after each use and drying it immediately.
DO NOT USE DISHWASHER.
The blade will naturally change color over time. This phenomenon, known as patina, does not affect the performance or quality of the knife and is a natural characteristic of carbon steel.
